- Lease Contract Negotiations to build a steam-driven gas/turbine electric generating plant for PG&E’s Compressed Air Energy Storage Project.

- Title and Escrow Coordination for 9 multi-million-dollar Central Valley, EGI (Electric Generation Interconnection) Projects to connect large-scale privately developed solar farms to the transmission grid.

- Nevada Highway Department R/W Engineering Technician, creating legal descriptions and drafting R/W mapping and acquisition documents for Fee and Easement parcels to State and Federal standards.

-National Commercial Title Insurance Division, working on complex multi-site, multi-state transactions for 10 years as Title Officer based in Los Angeles.

- Title and Escrow Coordinator closing over 360 residential, commercial, and agricultural escrows on the Hinkley Remediation Project as a PG&E contractor. The acquisitions were all acquired without the benefit of Eminent Domain rights.

- Pacific Gas and Electric Company Principal R/W Acquisition Agent for Gas and Electric Transmission Lines, power plants, six 200-acre solar generating sites creating 110 gigawatts of electrical energy, and Eminent Domain and Title and Escrow Specialist.

- Utility Principal Right of Way Agent, conducted successful negotiations for large acreage ag-land parcels, in collaboration with PG&E’s in-house and outside counsel crafted 50 to 60-page commercial Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSA).

- Cleared unacceptable liens and encumbrances, including severed mineral rights interests.

- Lead Acquisition Agent in over 20 PG&E Eminent Domain Condemnations on agricultural, vacant land, and improved commercial properties.

- Extensive work in the Central Valley acquiring utility rights of way and fee parcels for gas and electric projects primarily on agricultural lands.
